Why does the device stop cooling after running for a while?
When the cooling head temperature is detected to be too low, the system activates the protection mode to prevent abnormal operation of the phone or device.
Why doesn't the magnetic attraction work?
Please make sure the device has built-in magnetic attraction or check if the case is too thick, which may prevent magnetic attraction. In that case, you need to use the magnetic attraction thermal conductive patch accessory.
What kind of SSDs does K100 support?
K100 supports solid-state drives with a 2280 form factor and PCIe 4.0 protocol.

Can the memory module be replaced by the user?
